Switch? ... Or ... Is a buffet of babbling better than a bag full of bent

This post I wanted to quickly get out that I’m thinking of changing my blog to a single theme.  I have noticed that the “big bloggers” seem to do this – they don’t skip around like I do.  Their blog has a single purpose.  But as you can see from my menu selection above, I have a hard time picking “just one thing”.

So dear lurkers/blogophiles, I ask you … should I switch to one topic?  If so, what is your favorite?  What keeps you coming back here from time to time?  I needs me some input.  Thanks!

Reclination Machinations ... OR ... Not Big Bucks and good for your Fanny

Awhile back we embarked on a journey to pick up a “new to her” recliner for Heather.  We got the chair, had some dinner, and headed home.

At home, I lowered the tailgate and began to get the sturdy chair out.  Heather stepped up to help.
My mom was nearby and asked, “Do you guys want me to go get the dolly to make it easier?”

Heather and I already had it though and we weren’t struggling.  So I looked at mom and replied, “Nah that’s ok.  Looks like we’ll just be using the dolly-mama”

100 Words or Less Wednesday: Dad-Sleep-o-matic

In this new edition of 100 Words or Less, I want to post about sleeping through the baby getting up at night. Heather takes care of all this stuff, particularly since she’s breastfeeding.

With Josh however, I always heard him cry. They say things change with each kid. But I’ve not woke up once hearing Isabella cry.

I feel bad about that cause even if there is nothing for me to do; I still WANT to wake up. Heather isn’t upset with me for it but it’s still a weird feeling to be sure. Perhaps I’m getting old :)

Decisions, decisions

Sometimes methinks I think too much. And often I get too busy. I don't like being overly busy. At times like those I need to decide what is a priority and what is not. Who and what I have room for and who and what I don't. It's a tough thing thinking about it all. And I think, as I said, I think too much. Confusing right?
