C'mon Baby Light My Fire

Or in this case, my eye. See the dark spot there near the corner of my beautimous eye? That's where the blazing end of a match head decided to deposit itself as I struck a match to light the ol' fireplace the other day.

All I saw was a little blaze burnin and felt rather uncomfortable at the same time. Ah well. Fire got lit, turned out to be another of my good roaring fires that we all like here on cold December days.


But it all turned out okay. Smeared a tad bit of aloe vera plant around there, btw, that's not good to get "in" your eye; or at least I'm not a fan of it.
